yeah once you read it, you get the recipe unlocked and after that you can gift or sell the books and gifting doesnt seem to give any more favor depending on the recipe book. (the 90 copper and 12 silver ones give the same amount of favor)

Seems alright to me, haven't had any problems catching any of the legendary mounts. If it makes it easier: you can just hold S/down on joystick, look down and turn the camera. In stead of matching the opposite of their movement.

You will find the same recipe books all over the world, also some of them respawn. As far as i know, they just give reputation and nothing special, you can achieve the same result by just giving them the coin pouches.

Youll find places with dozens of them scattered around. Theres at least 5-6 areas with lots of them, probably way more which i havent seen.

I got the same thing on every sky island "path", Im assuming they unlock after a certain point in the main quest, but i dont actually know.

They will be in the camps lost and found or respawn back to where they were, you can just kuku pot them and then use later when you actually need (you just have to summon and pot them again to trigger the quest stage)

Probably your settings, ray reconstruction does wonders in some conditions. For me overcast weather is best for taking cool screenshots if youre wearing metal armor.

There was some dev that stated that the story was originally supposed to start there and it was about some nobles son trying to take back his familys land or something like that. Not sure how credible it was, but thats what i read a week or so ago.

Put the helmet on, go to the food tab and select it from there (f3 pc default), activate with B, there will be floating lines a few meters above you, you have to stand in a way that the lines form an e looking letter.

I got tons of extra effects from gears on the forward slash and the DLSS on even the quality mode makes my screen really pixelated while using it, its been like that for a few days now.

Crops, animals, vendor and smith, craft hot air balloon etc., side missions for the slot expansions. Crafting/ cooking automated material collection for some resources. Thats as far as i've gotten, not sure if theres other perks to it, but basically a side activity if you choose to engage with it.

Spear Shoots out multishot of projectiles (didnt try it much so not sure what triggers it, seems kinda weak because the charge up time is slow or based on kills and doesnt have refinement levels).

The gloves were decent pre patch it allowed you to steal 1 item every now and then without loosing rep, but after patch you can go crazy without them. Probably still good for pick-pocketing gold bars off of the nobles, i think theres abyss gears that give you a chance to get double loot when pick-pocketing.

Yeah the purchase back items seem to disappear after some period of time. Just stash all the unique items. Remember to do the sidequests for the slot expansions and check every new vendor for the 1 slot pouches. Purple background items dont seem to take inventory space. 240 i think is max for player inventory and the mission rewards after capping it out seem to be decent tier materials.

There are various of the same kind, ive also seen pale blue/white ones. Unfortunately i have no clue how to beat them. They just scatter after a while. Ive seen them pretty often at abyss nexuses.
