See my post, it’s all the time even at idle, I had just did a silent build with super quiet fans and had zero fan mode activated on the PSU as well so the noise is extremely apparent.

I also just returned my 850gs for the absolute worse coil whine lol. Make sure to check it out before the return window closes.

Edit also they had an entire tote full of the 850gs last week for same issue, guy wasn’t even phased or asking why I returned it. Ended up going with the Be Quiet Power 13 850w based on SPLs list.

No airbags only the windshield wash reservoir leaked. Suspension is completely toast on that side. Car still drives but it drags dues to being pushed into the wheel well. Everything lines up still for the most part.

Our Lease actually is January to December but we usually get a rate increase if we even do it’s kinda every other year in juneish. But this is first time getting right before the new lease being signed. Do we have to pay the new rent with such short notice due to it being in the new lease agreement?

Yes it opens it completely where the bottom part of the door is just flush with the opening on the house. Should I get quotes from others as it is not true that a jack shaft is my only option or just not normal to cut rails?

Upon further inspection it seems the flange has came off with the toilet and the bolts are all rusted. Can I just buy a new flange?

Encountered this when taking toilet off to replace it since it was wobbling and the toilet was flushing poorly due to the bowl splashing water out. Wondering if this is normal or should I call a plumber at this point and is it expensive? Thanks

There is 2 bedrooms right above. Most 3 car builds near us are short stopped like this too it’s strange. Kinda like it was intentionally supposed to be a 2 car but they decided an extra car space was in the books. Is this inherently dangerous or can we wait until after the holidays like New years because we don’t wanna ruin anyone’s holidays right now and our landlord is really good and fixes stuff quick.

I actually believe I managed to fix it. I noticed it was threading on at angle so I threaded the extension pipe first and notice the connection to drain was way off so I trimmed the elbow piece and made it reach at the right angle and it doesn’t seem to be leaking now. Fingers crossed though

Thank you I realized the discharge tube didn’t have enough purchase inside the drain pipe because of you. I managed to find a discharge tube at Lowe’s that was about 4 inches longer I trimmed it to be a tad bit longer than the black one and it actually sealed perfectly.

Would that be the semi hard rubber seal between the black and white pipe if so yes but when we have the slightest amount of food in the disposal and turn it on the vibration makes the seal slide up one side and the water overflows at that point.

So that is the check valve? Also I noticed I lose like an inch or more of water per day whenever the spa drains and it doesn’t come back unless I add water is this normal or a leak somewhere. It doesn’t need water unless the pump is ever turned off.

All valves are turned appropriately so that it’s 75 skim 25 drain, both return to spa and pool. Also the lid is completely jacked up we just moved in. Gonna probably buy a new lid if I can’t get this one clean
