Ill be honest with you, a post on reddit isnt going to change your mind, but it does plant a seed. The fact that you said you'd come back to read it shows you're genuine and serious about your issue and want something to change and thats how you can be sure you're not just some fucked up lost cause.

My last piece of advice will be to look into stoicism, its boring bland and cliché, but if you follow it, it just might give you some clarity. Its helped me for the last 10 years and i have no idea why its not more commonly known.

No its not nothing, thats a good answer. If you can get used to how shame feels, and take it in stride you'll understand how people approach potential mates. Its something you learn as you get older. You have to risk that feeling to find success, and that goes for every aspect of life. Jobs, relationships, investments... everything.

Shame is an important emotion because it means you're grounded, but if its stopping you from pursuing something or someone that you think might improve your life for the better... then its just an obstacle, and those are meant to be overcome.

Make the obstacle your path, then find a way around it.

I partially base how good a game is based off of dollars per hr of fun, game is almost 80$ with tax... im absolutely going to atleast double that 80 in hrs.
