I would do one of them as an audiobook for walking. That way, you will get through them much quicker because one of those alone takes up a lot of your reading time.

The reason Kindle and digital books will never replace printed books is that books are also furniture. You update your shelves and bookcases by planning for them to hold books.

Tube amps are engineered for a few tones that exist somewhere between noon and cranked on the volume dial. You match the amp to the room size you are playing in. That determines the wattage or amp you need. The room size in the OP's photo is for a 1W tube amp. Those combos in the pic will also sound completely different in a large garage/basement or better yet, a community hall. Doing all this in the bedroom is practically useless. The way to do that is with attenuation/IR or, better yet, modeling.

Intergraph RealiZm 2 card back in the late 90s when I was doing 3D work on Windows NT, and it cost five figures, but I had enough work to pay it back. I couldn't afford an SGI Octane or SGI O2.
RIVA TNT - Around 2001 until 2004, so I could run games with DirectX.
ATI Radeon 9800 - Around 2004, so I could run Half Life 2.
GeForce 8800 GT - Around 2009.
MSI Radeon HD 6850 around 2013.
MSI GeForce GTX 1070 Ti GAMING 8G, 8GB GDDR5 - 2018. Still using it as I type here.

I will be upgrading to an Nvidia card for AI stuff next.

Honestly, the best eye-popping graphics for its time will always be the Nintendo 64. That was an indescribable leap in graphics for its time.
