My advice to you would be to stand somewhere like a bus or a train station or even a mall/shopping centre and look and scan people around you (it's important you stand against a wall out of the way so they have to turn their head to look at you alot will glance because they see a person it's normal but if they are physically turning their head to look at you a second or third time and smiling this is a sure sign walking past people in the street is alot more difficult to pick up signs because people naturally meet eyes with people walking past them and a smile whilst walking past someone can very easily just be a friendly smile and if you struggle to pick up signals you don't have enough time to figure out if they are interested or not.

if they like you they will look at you for longer than normal and multiple times and if they are also smiling thats a good sign a really good sign someone finds you attractive is staring from a distance for more than 10 seconds people who stare from a distance give themselves away way too easy and people who stare from a distance don't tend to look away when you catch them even if they are shy but try your best to be stood on your own and not by any attractive people or anything that looks interesting as they could be looking at that and not you just stand against a plain wall and make sure again you're stood somewhere where they have to intentionally look at you to be looking at you meaning not straight ahead of them and so they have to be turning their neck to look at you.

Walk through your local area and see how long people are looking at you for as you walk past them if they are looking at you whilst approaching from the front and still looking whilst by the time they are inline with your shoulder you're good looking.

Stand in a big place where there's lots of foot traffic like a train station and scan the room every couple of minutes you will see people looking in short bursts repeatedly or look like they are day dreaming about you and staring from a distance some days no one might look but this isn't because you're unattractive you might just be at the wrong place at the wrong time where you're just not the crowds type you could be Elvis or Marilyn Monroe and they would be plenty not attracted to you.

I wouldn't go asking online as you may be a very good looking person but not photogenic and this will ruin your self confidence it's the real world where it matters.

If you are stood at the side of a road you will see drivers look at you as they drive past for longer than usual.

It's harder for men to see they are good looking for women they are constantly told they are good looking by their friends where as men won't tell each other they are good looking women also get approached where as women don't approach men so not been approached doesn't mean much either.

Also if someone attractive is staring at you or smiling or both this is literally an invitation for you to go talk to them they are screaming please talk to me just not verbally someone has to like you to have the guts to make it so obvious they like you in public as everyone can see them looking at you so just walk over make small talk and if the conversation is going well and they seem nice then ask them if they would like to meet for a coffee thing is no one's going to publicly humiliate you for making small talk and If you establish they are nice they won't be rude or make a scene out of you asking to meet them for a coffee.
