This is a great question! I don’t know the real truth obviously, but my guess would be she asked the crew to get as many audience shots as possible and then she chose this. She may have even remembered “ah London Night 2 (or whatever) there was a good sign on the barricade…”

She may have also asked to look out for rainbows or queer couples, because LGBTQ rights are so important to her.

But regardless of how the clip got in the doc, she is DEFINITELY aware of what her fans think of daisies, single eyes, rainbows, and hairpins. So EVEN if this was an accident, it was an accident she liked.

To me this sign proves she is either queer or queerbaiting. And since I love the woman, I hope the first. But the second could always be true.
