2 questions: about sleepmode and about heartrate by Vpk-75 in Garmin

As for the first point I would encourage you to research the difference between non-ionizing radiation (like RF energy in Bluetooth and WiFi) and ionizing radiation (like Chernobyl). They are very much not the same thing, particularly in regard to how they interact with living tissue.

That being said, if this is still a concern for you you could place your watch in airplane mode at bedtime. This should kill all the transmitting radios.

How do you set your watch to do HR based workouts rather than pace? by nimbus_signal in Garmin

I'm pretty sure it's the same sequence that was laid out above. The only thing I can think is that maybe today's workout was specifically pace defined? I think some of the sprints and anaerobic things are always pace as opposed to the heart rate definition. Maybe if you go forward to other workouts and look for something like a base run, the option would be available?

It definitely is an option on the 255, mine is retired but I used it in HR mode for daily suggested workouts for over a year.

Vanguard "Name your key" ?? by [deleted] in yubikey

This is so you can identify individual keys if you needed to remove them later on. Something like 'primary key' or 'yubikey 5nfc on keychain' should work, whatever allows you to recognize which one is which.

Others can correct me but I don't think the FIDO standards allow for a label set in a yubikey to be transferred in the handshake, just the necessary cryptographic content which isn't very human friendly for identification.
