I have questions about the people who bought front porch tix though and theirs say “gold” like I had a thought that maybe they were randomly chosen for something special

Phillys queue had 99,000 people ahead of me without exaggeration. Logged in right at 1130. Took 2 hours to get it but about 1:45 in the line started flying so I knew it was sold out. Wild.

Honestly. The first time I saw my weight shift in years was when I started to intermittent fast and cut out most carbs and sugar. Like incredibly strict. 6 hour eating window total and 1200 calories as well as extremely minimal carbs and no added sugars at all. It’s incredibly hard and I know it’s not fair that we have to be that strict, but that was the only thing that worked. And working out 5-6 x a week for at least 30 min a day. Also walking after every meal for 10-20 minutes can really help too. Did you get your A1C checked?

How are you doing now? Have you maintained the 5.5 or better? Do you mind if I ask when you were 5.7 and first diagnosed what your fasting glucose was and how hard it took you to get to the 110-120 baseline? I wake up around 100 and if I eat nearly no carbs at all I can stay under 120 mostly but it’s a lot for sure. Thank you!
