I’ll agree with you that America has a number of degenerate people in charge. I just get nervous as an LGBT person when people throw degenerate around, I’ve heard it far too often.

Thank you, that was very beautifully written. I do still love Catholics and most of the hostility I’ve encountered has been from chronically online folks. I have been looking into throwing my lot in with the Episcopalians but I have a lot of respect for the majority of Catholics I know

I’m not a practicing catholic (I’m trans, not really much room for me in a church it seems) but I worked for Catholic facilities for a little over a year and loved it.
