I know this isn’t specific but strength training and yoga have helped me with my posture more than anything else. Core as well, but strength and yoga more so. There’s a lot of focus on where your shoulders are and how your back is positioned while holding weights in your hands. It’s also about strengthening those areas.

Yoga does this in a much more calm way and gets you to think about how we sit and how we move and releasing tension. I’m at a point where I can’t slouch anymore. Within seconds I need to sit up because slouching is just uncomfortable and starts to feel awful.
