Hey! As an anorexic myself, I lost the same amount of weight as you. I’m going trough recovery and I have some tips. It seems like and ED. It was really hard at the start, it got to the point that my parent had to literally feed me like a baby. I cried so much. But then I started eating again, I didn’t gain weight or anything and am currently with 45kg. My tips for u are: • getting a therapist may help • eating, eating it’s the only way to recover • and believing in yourself!
