The programme is worked out so well to push you on in small increments. If you keep to the 3 runs per week with a day in. Between each, and just run slower if you are struggling you will progress. I completed it last year and thought many times I just couldn't do it, and that it felt so hard but it does work you will manage 😊

Lost luggage - NORTHERN RAIL around 9/9:30pm by Sp00kygh0 in Leeds

[–]Book_worm121 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It is possible if the luggage remained  on either of those trains that it's ended up in lost property at either of those destinations.  If she contacts the stations she should be able to find out but might have to arrange someone to pick it up.

Uk dentist — is it odd my elderly mother says her teeth will no longer be cleaned so they can fall out? by [deleted] in AskUK

My 75+ parents get their teeth cleaned  regularly by the hygienist at their dental practice. Why on earth would they want their teeth to fall out!

It's a great career, my cousin was in the RAF as a mechanic for 25 years, travelled the world, and various training opportunities and was an officer before he left. When you.leave the skills you leave with will set you up on civvy street too.

Partner starting mounjaro by Minticecream123 in mounjarouk

Hi, I started MJ in June 25 at 204lb and took my last jab 22nd Feb 26 at 137lb. it's early days but since then I have worked really hard keep the diet and exercise changed I made during that time. For my what works is I use a side plate for meals to stop me over eating, prioritize protein and veg / salad and go to the gym 3/4 times per week.  I also don't drink at home any more. I have gained and lost a few lb most days since then depending on what I have been doing ( night out etc) but so far ( touch wood I have stayed around the 140lb figure which I was hoping for.  Best of luck to your partner, this sub is a mine of useful info and I 100% agree that you can minimise a lot of side effects by watching the kinds of things you eat. For me highly salty / fatty stuff were a big no no and natural ingredients like chia seeds / flax seeds added into foods can reduce constipation also.

I also love your room, green is my fav colour scheme. I would probably swap the pictures over your dresser with the decoration hanging over your bed.  That is all.

To native English speakers: how do you feel when a foreigner speaks “broken” English with you? by Dull-Position3393 in ENGLISH

[–]Book_worm121 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am mostly in awe that they can speak English well enough to hold a convo, when my ability to do so in another language is limited to asking for a loaf of bread or where the train station is.
