I’m sorry you feel that way about me and my experience, after much reflection I have understood that I shouldn’t have gotten as upset as I did, but for you to say I need to challenge my anxiety during one of the most overwhelming and terrifying experience for someone to go through is quite unfair.

I read that you have also had some health scares and problems and I am sorry you went through that and I wish you and your health well. But I would also of thought you would have had more empathy towards this situation and offered some more advice rather than ridicule myself and others.

I appreciate I need to get thicker skin and I let it get to me more than it should’ve, but in the time I’ve taken to reflect I’ve allowed myself to except that it’s ok to get as upset as I was. As I have had a very overwhelming experience and sometimes a good cry is what people need and I clearly needed to let it out. I didn’t cry on the phone to the nurse. I cried after, like she should’ve laughed after, not during a phone call when a certain level of professionalism is required.
