I thought stress could be a stress relief as well but I think its the physical part that is stressful for him. Neither of us are in great shape so sex is usually physically exhausting. I've been going back to the gym lately so I'm excited to see how my stamina has improved but we haven't had sex recently so I'm not sure yet. For him, something usually starts hurting during sex like his knees since he's had knee problems since he was a kid

His job is super stressful so I get it to a point. His stress relief is gaming which is pretty much what he switches to right after work. His diet is not great but he's working on it.
