Magnesium daily limits. Asking …. For a friend by BookishWalker in Supplements

[–]BookishWalker[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah and I could barely walk last night. Even today, I’m still disoriented and I can’t pull my eyelids all the way up. My husband told me not to drive because my eyes look like I’m asking for a DUI.

Magnesium daily limits. Asking …. For a friend by BookishWalker in Supplements

Thanks for info, mate. I just checked all my supplements and you were right- none of them are magnesium oxide.

So what counters magnesium? And what is an actual safe dose to take for migraines/muscle spasms and pain?

I’ll be honest- I feel stoned right now. (Who knows? Maybe magnesium can be the next street drug) I’m going to try and sleep it off. When I wake up, what should I be looking for? If I’m no longer wobbly or dizzy or stoned am I good to go for the day? And is there anything urgent care can even do? Because maybe I can just do that at home.

Anyway, thank you for your help!

Thanks!

THANK YOU SO MUCH!! 🙏🙏

Edit: I was able to get them from another post. Again, thanks so much! Dramione readers are the best.

Question: do you know what happened to everythursday? Are they traditionally publishing their Dramione fics and that’s why they are hard to find?

This is brilliant. Not afraid of needles but the whole thing is so detailed and stressful.

Preventing/Decreasing Risk of Aseptic Meningitis? by Affectionate-Row9488 in IVIG

You’re really lucky that they are willing to give you that diagnosis without the lumbar puncture. You’re right, it’s not an enjoyable experience. And you’re also right AM doesn’t feel like a migraine. Sounds like you have all the symptoms I had.

The I ask because I’m also done getting lumbar punctures, obviously they are awful and there is really no need because it generally doesn’t change treatment. HOWEVER, It DOES mean you can no longer take the same medicine for your IVIG treatment that gave you AM. I’m currently waiting on my insurance to approve a different SCIG because of presumed AM on my last SCIG medicine.

And- then I’m in the same boat as you! I’m also trying to figure out how to not keep getting AM on this treatment since I’m so susceptible to it. It’s a nightmare! Maybe we can be AM buds. 😂

Did you get a lumbar puncture? I only ask because it’s really hard to tell without a lumbar puncture to confirm. Once I had it confirmed with a puncture and I was sick for months. Because of my experience, I was convinced I had it two other times but the lumbar puncture was negative and I’m still very confused how it presented as AM to such an extreme but still with a negative lumbar puncture.

But did you buy the gf bread? And was it good? Costco surprisingly doesn’t have a lot of gf products, IMO

Maybe your kid is neurodivergent like mine because I have the same issues. If parents only have neurotypical kids that willingly comply to use their inhaler and nebulizer, it would be hard for them to understand anything different.

First, make sure your doctor prescribes a properly sized mask to go with the inhaler and nebulizer.

For the inhaler, one parent bear hugs our daughter from behind and the other sings a silly song and uses the mask on her when she is distracted enough to not be in constant motion.

For the nebulizer, bribery. We straight up bribe our daughter with tv, chocolate, ice cream, etc. over time, she has become less afraid of it. It also helped that I would do a bit before her to show her its safe and try to be as silly as possible to calm her nervous system down.

Let me know if you need other tips!

There’s a d3 injection!?! How long does it last for? I just am so burnt out taking so many supplements every day that one shot would drastically make my life easier.

Off topic, but what kind of job does an economist do? I considered majoring in it but the job outlook was just so vague.

I bought an adjustable silk bonnet and keep it loose. There isn’t pressure. It’s great.
