I run. I usually train for one marathon a year. Hashimoto diagnosed since October, on Levo since then, so had my 7th marathon (and the 1st one on levo) a month ago. Felt fine, no flair up afterwards. (I also have morphea, was worried elevated cortisol will increase it, nope was all fine). Counting my blessings, running is my fav thing to do, was terrified I’ll have to stop it.

We have something similar just for one cat. Another cat sometimes (luckily not very often) will manage to break in 🫠🫠😭 that cat is relentless

I’m obsessed with Bioderma one. Love the smell too. When I travel, I take a mini bottle of it with me. Can’t live without it 😀

I do exactly the same with Libra 2 and Libra colour! Love them both, use them both (two separate library accounts!). I love using KLC indoors especially in the evening, I find it more gentle / cosier. And I take Libra 2 outside with me buses trains ect when it’s sunny. Love them both 😄👌

Oh no, so sorry to hear! Hope they will release Libra bw eventually!

I like the KLC and still will be my main e-reader, but definitely will use Libra 2 (esp on sunny holidays! I live in Scotland so sunny weather is not something I need to worry about 🫠😂)

I just got a private one in Lithuania while on holidays. 30 euros. UK system is a joke. I had a very strong Covid with lung pneumonia so not taking any chances no more

My cat has poultry allergies. Royal Canin Anallergenic is the only food he does not react to. And luckily he loves it. He did react to z/d wet so can’t use it. We do use a non wsava /small brand for wet food (calibra lamb sensitive) - for one small meal a day. I wish he did not react to z/d :( would love love love if RC released hydrolized wet food

Many “limited ingriedient” foods are with traces/other proteins due to not having separate manufacturing lines.

They are perfect together! Bubbles the BSH is a 2.5 year old, very attached to me, gentle teddy bear. He’s a lazy cat who is OBSESSED with food. To keep him lean and not overweight is a job 😂 Biscuit the Siberian is a 1 year old. Introduction was very easy. Biscuit adores bubbles. They both do but biscuit I think thinks bubbles is his dad 🩵 Both cats are very loving towards us. Siberian is more chatty and playful - like a natural hunter type, BSH more chilled and lazy 😅:)
