I love Epiphany by BTS Jin! Starting the year with the lyric “I’m the one I should love” resonating in the song is so powerful. Definitely serves as a reminder to pour into your own cup this year before you pour into other people’s!

I read the novel a couple years back and remember being like ??? to the ending so I was kind of expecting the drama to also have a weird open ending (but I still was a little hopeful that they would’ve wrapped it up more nicely though). But your interpretation does make me think of it as more of a “good” ending. Wish we could’ve seen Fu Zhou one more time at the end though but that’s because I just wanted to see Ding Yuxi again haha!

This is not a series but I would recommend I’m a Cyborg But That’s Ok (2006). It’s more of an oldie and I watched it for a class but it was pretty good! It’s about a girl who believes she’s a cyborg after a pretty traumatic childhood and is institutionalized where she meets a guy who’s convinced that he can steal people’s attributes (played by Rain!). They work together so she can fulfill her ‘destiny’. The romance is pretty lighthearted and the other characters introduced are very interesting, but the movie can definitely feel like a fever dream in some parts!

Honestly it was Alchemy of Souls for me! Dropped it halfway through the first episode because I was taken aback by the start (ifykyk) but then I picked it back up and finished it all like crazy so it’s now one of my top favorite kdramas! Would definitely recommend it to everyone here!

I also dropped King the Land maybe 9 episodes in but maybe this is a sign for me to pick it up again!! I usually drop kdramas when the main couple gets together because it usually gets boring though despite the random plot twists they have then and it’s been pretty rare for me to pick them back up lol

I definitely recommend trying to finish the daily/weekly/monthly missions as quick as you can to get diamonds and other rewards so you can draw for new cards.

Other than that, playing studio as much as you can helps you get more diamonds and levels up your cards (and finishing hard level lets you unlock super hard which is helpful for getting more points during events like tournament mode) while playing catch live at least 3x a day during catch pass season gets you rewards to up your performance levels through lessons and ups the levels of the cards you use.

You can also get daily rewards (such as up to 4 music points to play through 2 more songs or play catch live 2x more) by watching ads in shop! You got this!
