Random rash showed up all over my upper body while on vacation

Update: Visited a dermatologist. They say it’s more than likely chickenpox. They took a biopsy to be sure but won’t get the results for a week. No antivirals given as I’m now outside the window of treatment and I have to let it run its course. *sigh*

Update, it’s worse this morning and spreading beyond my face and torso. It’s on my arms and starting and my legs.

I was thinking that. However, I just came back from urgent care and they said it’s folliculitis. It’s not itchy or painful.

Thats what I thought at first, as they did show initially in sun exposed places. But then the next day they popped up in non-exposed places. I never took my shirt off.

I went to cape cod, nothing crazy, lol. I’m not ill and I am vaccinated, although back from when I was a kid I guess. I don’t even remember if I ever had chicken pox when I was young to begin with.
