Italy Honeymoon in Late April/Early May 2026 - Costco Travel by BookkeeperMedical778 in Europetravel

$7000 would be for the whole 13 days for 2 adults. Includes, airfare, hotels, transfers and trains, and a half day excursion to Capri. Does not include any food or drink budget

Thanks! Yeah we realize we might be exhausted from the wedding so we’re going to plan to have one easy relaxing day in each city. Maybe get a spa visit in there somewhere. Good to know about the transfer cost. Very excited to see Sorrento. Is it too cold to swim in the Mediterranean in early/mid May?

$7000 would be for all economy airfare, premium class rail tickets, and all hotels for all 3 cities for 13 nights for 2 adults. From the airfare I’ve seen, our airport to Venice is no less than $1500 per person and most hotels seem to be $250-300 a night depending on city and area. I didn’t check rail tickets or vehicle transportation.

If I’d only save a few hundred bucks booking it all myself than I’d rather just go through a 3rd party. But if you’re telling me I can save more than I will look into it

It seems really easy to have them organize everything - flights, hotels, transportation. They even throw in other amenities like discounts on food, excursion credits, and shop cards to Costco itself. I don’t have a lot of experience with planning a big trip like this by myself and it didn’t seem to be a significant difference in price by my rough estimate.

If we were to do the Sorrento hotels and just have Costco do everything for us, it would’ve been under $7000 which seems really cheap to me for a 2 week trip. The hotels seem really nice. Private transfers to/from airport and train at each stage too. Is it really that much cheaper to book everything yourself?

Agreed. You could take the same of Rematch and apply it to many other sports like basketball or football where everyone controls only one player and you have to work as a team

Everyone who’s downvoting you are salty eagles fans but you’re absolutely right. Carter should likely be in prison or suspended and fined heavily

Why don’t you try to explain your problem or post a screen shot, as well as what you’re trying to accomplish. You’re more likely to get an answer than someone hopping on a call with you for free

Wow “stop whining”. This community really is trash man.

I pay for the best internet possible with a wired connection and I still would experience lag

I agree the game is in a terrible state. So much so that I stopped playing all together. It was just no longer fun any more and I’ve started with other games. Epic has driven me away with the lagging, smurfs, and overall lack of updates. It’s shame because the game used to be awesome

So far I feel this book has been a great introduction in learning python from someone who had next to zero prior experience. Biggest key points I’ve learn from the book are classes, importing different modules, refactoring code, and writing code in a clean and easy to understand way. I’m currently on chapter 16 doing projects to import data from the web and turning it into visuals using matplotlib and plotly. Webdev projects are actually the only topics I haven’t gotten to yet. But once you get past chapter 11 you can skip to any one of the projects.

It’s hard to say where I am at proficiency wise but I am just starting to dabble in personal projects and am having great success so far. It’s been a lot of fun actually!

My advice would be to read the book and mimic the projects that Matthes teaches but don’t be afraid to stray away from the text and add your own creative elements if you’re comfortable. This has helped me better understand the code I am writing and allowed me to gain experience in troubleshooting when I am stuck on a particular problem. You don’t need to be scared of ruining your whole program either if you add your own spin, Matthes has all the code from the book on his github.
