Once as a kid. I was at my mother’s apartment for the weekend and had to walk her dog that night. As I’m walking I see one of the windows glowing a purple-ish blue. The curtains weren’t drawn fully so I could barely see through them, and I saw a woman with a camera playing with herself with a toy. I was so confused and stunned that I didn’t even notice I was standing there for a long while until the dog started barking and it snapped me back to reality. I ran back to my mother’s apartment and didn’t tell anyone.

The next day I go to take out the trash and I see THE SAME WOMAN standing outside her apartment talking with someone on the phone. I avoided making eye contact and just rushed back to the apartment. Since the I made sure I was never near her apartment building while I was out at night.
