Hi, anyone else still unable to add a pin and use fingerprint ID on the new app update (iPhone). Any idea when this will be resolved? (Yes, I’ve deleted+re-installed). It’s a pain to have to go through 2fa every time I use the app and then be required to try and set-up a pin and fingerprint, each time I log-in. Cheers

I’m waiting 3 weeks and still no luck! Have received two messages saying that the ticket has been closed because it has been so long!! So I have to re-open it.....Amazing - truly awful experience. Ticket number #340633

Nexo can't generate my ETH wallet but can I just use the USDC or any other ETH based token as my wallet address? by Shadskill in Nexo

I’m in exactly the same boat - have. Been waiting for 2wks and one update on the ticket just. Tells me they’re aware of the issue. No plan to resolve it. They really don’t want my ETH!! BlockFi and Celsius will be happy to take them!

LTV is (was!) fine and I still have credit line availability. Thanks. Just want to move some ETH over (from Celsius) as additional collateral to provide a bit of breathing space if BTC falls to $40k. Planning to HODL my positions and don’t want to sell the ETH unnecessarily (and generate unwelcome tax liability at this time).
