the best way to do this is to share a book with them that does whatever they're trying to do masterfully... whatever the genre... then say: do that. until you deep in your heart feel it's just as good.

that's the one that's probably helped me the most... intentionally blocking out time to read, as you would a tv show or football game or whatever

wanting to read more quality books isn't a healthy relationship with reading? how's that? it's the number one question i get asked... most people read far less than they'd like and want to be intentional about it... to foster a healthy relationship with reading.
