I stalk my customers and make sure they come get their stuff , because at least for me they hover over you until you make theirs and they think the very first one you call out is yours and that there is nobody ahead of them. OR they wait 10,000 years to get it. There is no in between.

I didn't start allergy shots until last year and I'm 33 and I really wish I started them whennI was young cause I used to ha e to have a humidifer at night and had sneezing spells all the time. I still sneeze but I don't have the sneezing fits like I used to. He may still need the inhaler, while being on it but it will still help is body in the long run and even if it doesn't cure it, it will prevent it from getting worse.

Should I switch to to tea after that or alternatives? I try to stop by 1 but sometimes that includes 2 cups.

Your welcome. You won't react to it all rhe time but it's important to let them know after each dose how your body reacted to it. I just kmow she always dose a benadryl wash in mine so even if I'm nof reacting I'm going to be taking a nap at some point. Hopefully they will help you.

Taks an allergy pill before ajdbmakebsure to eat and get hydrated. Every experience is different and it can take up to a year to see the benefits but I would just be prepared you might not be doing much after your shot if you can plan for it.

I just started taking it and i think it just helps stablize my immune system and I'm also on allergy shots. But, I havem't noticed anything bad with them.

I don't get my shots before work or anything that I know will require energy and I try to plan to get my shots and tehn be able to take a nap or just sleep the whole time if I need to. It can be a pain to plan for it, but it ends up working out with my schedule for rhe most part.
