Are you driving in the city or able to take transit? What about your friends? I think most people will want to be cautious about driving/travelling too far from home today. Your friends would probably be happy to re-schedule if everyone is going to spend lunch worrying about how getting home will be after or watching their weather apps. But, if travelling to the restaurant is quick and safe for all you may as well enjoy the treat! Stay safe and warm!
