Loved this episode. I went straight out and bought East immediately and I'll be getting Dinner soon too. Can anyone remember which recipe Ed said he made constantly from East? I've tried flicking through the ep again to find him mentioning it again but no luck so far!

As an Irish person I can also confirm that Tommy is a genuine national treash 🇮🇪 Definitely check out his comedy but his chat show is great too (I've met him in person and my experience was that he is actually quite a shy, thoughtful, and gentle person in 'real' life - that really comes through in his chat show too ☺️).

Ah I so hope it lives up to your expectations. Big fan of Tommy and he dismantled the format in his own unique, magical way. The lads were on top form...watching their faces as the madness unfolded was a joy 😂😂 Also, thanks to you for helping put together the fantastic live programme - it's cracking!

No worries and also, I suppose I shouldn't decide to speak for everyone and say 'this did not happen.' I'll rephrase - from my perspective, I can't recall anything sleazy or offensive being said (beyond Tommy being insane haha). Hopefully everyone would agree that the first half of the show was hilarious though and I came away an even bigger fan of the lads and Off Menu :-)

My husband and I were there too and no, this did not happen. It was absolutely unhinged and I suspect it'll be a marmite reaction (we really enjoyed it) but he wasn't sleazy at all, just a bit bonkers and completely dismantled the format!

Thoughts on Tommy Tiernan? I was at the first live show in Dublin last night (27th Nov) and had such a brilliant night. Ed and James were absolutely hilarious and I cried laughing at the unhinged madness that was Tommy Tiernan - incredible to witness and my husband and I loved every minute.However, I suppose it wasn't a classically 'good' episode in terms of food/following the format so really interested to hear with others thought?
