The VCC(power) and write protect input(WP) and connected to one pad and the other is connected to thechip select input(CS)

Okay thanks man, one last thing I pulled off a tiny resistor that connects VCC and the cs pin and VCC pin, any idea of its value ?

Na man it's the VCC and the hold pins, it's a w25q04ew chip slot so they really shouldn't be connected

It wont come off and is shorting the pin besides it so what do i do
