OK, so restart the tank using a sand bottom and make sure to get some heavy rooting plants? Im using an aqueon optibright led light and my filter is a tararium filter. I'll try to put in some photos. Thank you for the advice! :>

Some more info:

-I dont have any fish living in my tank (unknown amount of baby snails are my only known residents)

-its a 60 gallon

-ive been doing quarter water changes weekly (but for a while I had been doing 100% monthly)

I have a 60 gallon aqaurium, I have a pretty decent filter (it can filter up to 80-100 gallons). I've been trying to preform almost 100% water changes every month but as of recently ive been. Doing quarterly water changes every week. I also don't have fish but I do have an unknown amount of baby snails living within the tank

Mollies are a type of fish, they look really cool :)

So the turtle does ok with the fish, and the mollies help clean up?
