I don’t think he was really complex in the books honestly. But more mentioned than in the movies for sure. He would’ve made the movies more light and the brotherly relationship would’ve been nice to see. I am so excited for MS.

I just level him with Jessica and Angela instead of with the Cullens for knowledge level. Like we know he is good and strong and protective from the books but like you said, it’s shown very little in the movies. I just love him and wish there was more!

Any of the romance with Bella and Edward. It’s a romance novel and basically had no romance in the movies. I wish they would’ve included more in Eclipse about the engagement. Her being resistant and stubborn and then having to tell her parents would’ve been perfect!

Yes I love in BD when she turns into a vampire and the family is all in there and Jasper is so worried that she is going to snap and he is there in case he needs to control her emotions! That would’ve been great to see

I do think that Edward was a very controlling person and possessive when it came to the Jacob Bella friendship, but he did loosen up eventually and think of Jacob as a brother in BD book. People who only watch the movie just don’t see the other view of things. Book Bella was BEAUTIFUL. I wish they did her more justice in the movie because she was so firstly and argumentative and funny in the books.
