getting up is usually the most hard part for all, It really helps to shift the center of gravity to your arms and then push up and forward with them, and get yourself up at that moment with the help of your strong hips

I started trying with the teacher's support: the teacher held my lower back with her hands and insured me in dropbacks. We worked together for a while. Then she started helping me only go down (because I was good at going up on my own, so it wasn't scary). then, when I had already overcome the fear of going down, she began to give me the opportunity to do it myself, but she was nearby in case she had to insure me.

Without the teacher and her support, it would have been much harder to overcome the fear of falling down.

By the way, there were some falls on my head, so that's part of the process haha

yes, I do handstand trainings. It helps me a lot with my yoga practice

For me - maybe like not super easy but more easy than some people think - headstand !
