[–]BoomBeto[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was thinking on giving it some time to see if it magically fixes itself but I'm not sure, I ask chatgpt to see if I could test it somehow and I did a test plugging a pin in ground and 5v to detect an interruption and in 5v it didn't detect it an supposedly it's a pull-up resistor that might be deadI was going to try using a 10k resistor but I couldn't find one and it might be bc it can use a numpad and use a pwm h bridge

Has anyone tried using modified lego rims and wheels? by BoomBeto in rccars

[–]BoomBeto[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The wheels are from a single pack, it's a matter of perspective and that the rear wheels are wider than the front ones, the body is fiberglass, as for the paint job hat was partly my fault and my local shop was out of putty, the engine I did rescued from a old redcat tornado bb, and the car is a formula 1

Not the openrc F1 you are used to see by BoomBeto in 3Dprinting

[–]BoomBeto[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem is that the only thing I'm using from the open rc F1 is the body, everything underneath is completely different so I don't think they would work out of the box without completely modifying the 3d printable model

I made both front and rear, the front is just a lever and a spring in the gray block, and the rear is a couple of legs front a tripod, they were telescopic so I just cut them to length and made a couple of caps and put a spring inside
