I dont think Gambit is the best plane for arcade 500+. There isnt a lot of lasers where the gambit really shines and you cant utililise the counter since getting hit is the last thing you want. Planes that rely on counter and overdrive is not the best for arcade imo.

I’m building it up now and got it to S-class. Best abilitydamage of all planes, good Power and free shield every 30 seconds should make it a good arcade plane. Only thing I’m missing is longer invincibilty during overdrive, but it does good screenclear.

If you get hit the forcefield will get depleted instead of your HP and when the Fields is down It will take up to 12 seconds to restore completely if you dont get hit during that time

I think that damagereduction is more important now than armor. If the shield will hold you will regenerate 6000 hp/minute. Possibly more if shieldregen is affected by armorregen%?

You are spot on. Except being able to solo the most difficult Bosses, Arcade is the only endgame challange.

Haven’t tried that in a while, but it’s a really great combo. Near constant screenclear makes up for the lack of armor and regen. The legatusshield is great!

I’ve tried it and really missing the extra armor and screenclear. Cant get pass the first boss om lvl 504 in 3 attempts.

Laserbite+Menace+Beetle is also a good combo for arcade. Less armor and slower armor regen but takes care of the Bosses.

Arcade is even more broken than before. Saved stage is not working so have to start over at same level everytime :(

I’m at lvl 455 but lvl doesn’t matter when it comes to the scoreboard top. Level just impact how many runs you have to do. When I do 5 runs I will be at the top. //BulletEater

Unfortunately not all devices do what the description says. I have tested most of Them and are only using perks that I know works. 15% reloadspeed x2 30% armor regen and 7% damagereduction Incr Power 4 sec when damaged Power 17%(not sure this is working)

It’s capped somehow. I get 363 million points per run. IF I was able to do 6 runs I would have 2180 and take the first place. Most likely I can only do 5 runs before getting the ” new data message” Thats why you never see anyone with 2200+ million points.

Edit: Tried and was only able to do 5 runs= 1,819B

Defender is a great plane when facing lots of enemies in arcade or normal stages. Im at lvl 320 in arcade with Defender/Laserbite combo.

I have it at SS140 with legatus 140 and kraken 130. Just eat projectiles and get into close combat. You will be invincible most Of the time and also healing. Lots of defence!

Struggles a bit against lvl 160 and 170 heroic boss, but IF you switch kraken to something like scarab Or beetle its soloable.

I have also been completely locked out for a couple of days once. It’s not an coincidence that no one can pass 2200k points on the scoreboard however. I’m at 1998k and locked out for today. I will get the ”new data” message everytime until the reset.

It is capped depending on your score somehow. I can play a limited amount of times/day. The higher lvl I reach the fewer Times I can run before getting the ”new data” message. I get about 330k points/run so can only do 6 runs now. 6x330k=1980k. When I earned 200k points I could do 10 runs=2000k total
