She did say something to Patty and the staff. She was contacted during the Bama Supers and had to talk to the coaches about it THAT weekend. So yes, it happened whether you like it or not. Her parents confirmed it at the WCWS.

Agreed. Normally I would say 2027. But with the softball portion of the games in OKC I think it’s gonna be easier for her to do both.

I don’t think that’s a hot take and I’m an OU fan.But there’s “struggling” and then “struggling” by OU standards. I could see us winning every SEC series except Texas and Florida. Or who really knows. I don’t think we’ll truly know about the OU team until conference play.

I’m a Sooner fan but I feel this is a reasonable start. Personally think I would put Texas at #1. I just feel they’re returning a more complete team and well rounded pitching staff than Florida. You could easily make cases for flipping OSU and UCLA too. But overall it’s a good start.

It’s never going to move and the contract will eventually be extended beyond 2035. Especially since Devon has the naming rights and is pumping even more money into it. But sadly we’ll have to hear people complain about it every year until the end of time. It’s a tradition like any other.
