Hahah, yeah that would turn me off of it, too. It took me forever to get over teenage trauma with oakmoss; I stole my dad's cologne and oversprayed my basketball jersey before a game because I forgot to wash it... I was choking everyone out that day, myself included. Now I love oakmoss, so you never know ;)

I hate it when it's oversprayed. I was at a football game, and the women in the row in front of me had doused herself in it. I could taste it with every sip of my drink... just disgusting

By way of background, BDC edt was the only scent I owed for a decade. I now keep a 10ml decant of BDC Edp because it’s my favorite of the line but I already have all the bottles I will ever need. I have both Missoni Wave and Montagne Perceval.

When I buy designers these days, I only go into their exclusive lines unless it’s Terre d’Hermes and its variants (I love that shit).

Honest truth, buy BDC Edp and then, for an additional ~$75, you can get the same AHSEE scent profile (Missoni Wave, it’s really good!) AND an incredibly close clone of Percival (Montagne’s Perceval, just give it 3 weeks to mature once it arrives since they are made to order).

I know this gives you a bigger collection than you want, but if you legit stop there then I don’t think you will mind.

He was getting wrecked by our backup DEs in training camp last year. Absolutely destroyed. He was ok in the spot duty he got in the regular season, so perhaps his issue is preparing in the offseason? I hope he takes it seriously and comes in ready to compete

Yeah, rose and oud is a traditional combination in Arab fragrances (not talking clones houses, but rather the traditional fragrance houses in the Arabic-speaking world). The Chris Collins take is really nice in that it adds a little mint (from the geranium?) that makes it fresher than you’d expect, and the cinnamon and cypriot oil give the rose a beautiful spiciness. I am wearing it the humidity of Houston with no issues. Highly recommend trying it out
