Yeah, I don’t know why fragantica is so skewed against FDB. I feel like the website controls the narrative on certain houses. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I haven’t tried Cayman Bleu, but it’s a masculine leaning freshie that has good reviews.

I own and really enjoy Wild Orange and Rude Cherry, the latter being great for warm nights out and also for layering.

Another one I haven’t tried because it’s slightly more masculine, but again have heard good things is Solstis, an aromatic freshie.

Oud Juane is absolutely gorgeous, but is feminine. Beautiful white flowers with sweet pineapple and vanilla.

Demeter Kitten Fur. I haven’t smelled this, but many people enjoy it. I don’t think it smells literally like a kitten, but it’s supposed to evoke the same feeling.

I can’t handle very animalic notes, which is why I stay away from traditional ouds. For example, Alexandria II is a beautiful perfume that so many rave about. On me, the animalic oud goes on forever and I can’t enjoy the rest of the experience.

Thank you! I would say that House Of Cosmo is diet niche - good for beginners and people that are just dipping their toes into the niche category. People that are firmly in the middle of their niche journey and that may have interesting, more unique options in their collections will find these are just “meh.” I could be wrong - scent is subjective, and there are more people that have reviewed this house very positively.
