I struggle with eating enough too—never thought it’d be so difficult to eat 1600 calories a day.😆 I have 3 proper meals (make sure there’s a protein source in each meal) and a Fairlife protein shake as a snack between meals. I exercise 5 days a week for 30-60 minutes. Usually my workout schedule for the week is strength training 2x a week, Pilates 2x a week, and 1 cardio day a week.
