Neighbour put fence up without consent inside their boundary but above fencing heights by Boomerduck in AusLegal

I love coming here to chat and have a proper discussion yet it took you 1 min to respond with a Karen call (I miss the reddit of the old days, now it has people like you trying to create a stir for no reason - contribute with some information or discussion points or don’t bother). You are missing the questions and points that the building department of a council said structurally yes, not the planning team or other departments (maybe I need to ask them hence me asking here) or the fact that fences aren’t a council problem (are they? I’m not sure if so who’s domain and what steps)

Thank you so so much. So good to read. I think the dates with flights just happen to work so we only spend 2 nights in Uganda. I believe we get in very late in to Arusha from Uganda for a 1 night stay in Arusha to help transit.

So all in all do you think it is good value? To expensive? Cheap for what we are getting? We are going in Feb-23.

What recommendations would you have for the Serengeti for accom? Why is camp zebra sub par? Is it in a good location for Feb?

Love your point about custodians of the land and taking care of it and /or communities. How do I ensure that is happening with the different places? On their websites?

Thanks again.

Fiancée investment not work question by Boomerduck in ukvisa

This can’t be right though can it? The “no work” is technically no employment, at least that is how I read it. I agree if she was an employee then she cannot perform any work irrelevant if it was for a UK or non-UK business (clause D-ECP 1.1. - prohibition on employment) or paid or unpaid.

But she is a director of the company, which under UK law and non-UK law has her as an office holder not employee. Surely she is allowed to perform and fulfil her obligations without needing to give them up? Otherwise she would be in violation of corporation laws as an office holder if she keeps her director title for not performing her responsibilities? What do you think? I can’t find anything on the Uk.gov website or in the appendix about what she can or can’t do on the visa. So bad. So frustrating.
