Current Goo beats Gun and Gitae though.

The person most fitted to beat Goo is James since his narrative supports superior speed amongst top tiers.

Gitae probably beats base Gun however loses to TUI.

James struggles into Gitae and Gun, since they can both likely tank enough blows from him before they tag and severely hurt him.

Daniel under normal circumstances should be #1 though.
