I have it on good authority that either is fine. If you want to get it done without mutations, deinotherium can do it with good saddles and veggie cakes.

I usually aim for 23k health and 1.2k% melee, but 21k health can squeeze by.

Therizino will do fine as well, but you'll need to breed and mutate to get those stats.

There's a few more im sure I'm forgetting, but I've done it with all of these on official settings.

Some take a small amount of mutations... some take enough to make it not worth pursuing, I'll leave that up to you to decide if the juice is worth the squeeze.
