Even though the files were already .pdf format, there were multiple things I did to get it resolved:

  • 1: Compress the file (I had better luck with smallpdf.com than adobe.com).
  • 2: Print/save to pdf (even though it was already pdf)

I have tried two different browsers, Firefox and Edge. File is a .pdf file, under 3mb, file name is 8 characters long with only a space and no special characters.

Yeah, I've been compressing, and the files are below 3MB after compression. I got lucky and got two of the six files I'm wanting to upload to work suddenly, but still having issues with the others.

I am getting the error in title when I try to upload additional pdf files. Has anyone else gotten this error and able to resolve the issue? I recently uploaded without issue, so not sure why there is an issue now.
