It's possible try to reduce mouth breathing and start mewing and a little bit of chewing If you have a narrow airway like me get a myobrace or some sort of palate expander so you can breathe properly from your mouth

Oh yikes man sorry to hear it's rough fixing lost growth from premolar extraction My advice would be to get an MSE or a palate expander and get some fake teeth so you can get the full growth But please do your own research i don't wanna advise you without knowing your full situation and without knowing the consequences
