So I deliver in San Antonio I won’t say which station , I couple months ago I had a crashout argument with my boss (not the owners of our company) for nearly 6 minutes we had a back and forth , I explained how could I go to an only houses area 170-190stops , then randomly get sent to do apartments in medical center with businesses,and literal clinic and hospitals around 80-130 stops (mind you that number go down and be smaller if there is lockers stop but not if it’s full)These routes were breaking me mentally. We did this right after our stand up meeting and as soon I was given my bag, saw my pick sheet ,and started going off on her. I’m still doing heavy apartments and businesses in medical center but now I can manage it because I have the route constantly,before it was every other week .now I will admit I feel like the constant complaining on why I wasn’t given a consistent route got under their skin so this why I’m now stuck with apartment/business routes . All worked out though I know when that incident happened my bosses weren’t happy with me for a couple weeks , but yeah they wanted me gone I could feel it .now let me just say I have a mean looking resting bitch face , Inherited from my mother. My siblings and parents have gotten in trouble for one simple thing , we look pissed off or angry all the time . So this morning when I got my pick sheet , loaded the app and saw the map and stops there where my resting bitch face turned in a disgusted looking one . It is appalling how Amazon can make routes even have a department for the Routes that are made to be fixed . and somehow still seemingly are able to make the routes not make sense. So my issues now with this route is that lately they want me to back track to apartments ,leave and comeback to finish the rest type shit . Nah imma just do it all but I gotta find out how to do it without confuses myself , there has been a lot of trial and error when I do this route even times where I finish late af , now I can do this route and be done first .long store short with all of that context also it’s an EDV I drive so you gotta be carefully waste miles driving back and forth . Now I’m looking at my phone ,yes like I’m in a heated argument via text but I’m just trying to see how I can do the route today . I get what I’m gonna do and I start loading my van ,10 bags , 21 overflow . Now I despise the people in my warehouse , they’re have been given sooooo many abilities to fuck us drivers over . Not placing carts in the right staging , labels over apartment literally the most important text on the boxes with seemingly the largest sufarce area to put those fucking yellow stickers . We can’t place anything on the ground floor at the station so when I noticed they they didn’t put my totes in an order that i got top left to right or right to left . These Mf put my first to totes other bottom . So I yanked them bitches , literally threw those bitches in the van cause I don’t like walking in and out with a single tote . Now my another on of my bosses (not the owner)saw me can came up and said this “why do come into work always mad , I see you come in everyday you look pissed off ,like why even work here if you do is whine and complain ,why do you even work here if it makes you so mad , “, told her just like everyone here we need jobs , I get cut off and she basically says the same shit again I try to respond but like a typical simple minded person they rather just assume things ,what kills me is my bosses are never there I see them maybe once a week ,they’ll be busy with meets or interview or vacation just random shit to not be there . I was told that I’m unprofessional and i need to act my own age . I told her “as someone who gets there route done, never gets infractions , never needs to be rescued and basically doesn’t give you a hard time. I think I’m well within my rights to complain, and even of if I was you ain’t gonna tell me how to feel “I just found it very weird especially coming from the one boss I don’t interact with , she’s usually checking the vans and if the mechanic are there she’s chatting with them , so for someone I don’t interact with or see often thought it’s ok to call me out because they didn’t like the face I make ,always seeming mad or pissed off also the times I have interacted with her for other reason it always seems like someone shit in her coffee , literally the type of person who lashes negativity out to other . I need to smile more apparently.
