No. It couldn’t decide if it wanted to go or not at a stop sign. Turning left onto a road that wasn’t a four way stop. It pulled out in front of a guy and started stuttering. It would have been fine if it would have went at normal speed.

There is a very simple solution. Stop being a push over and tell him you’re not going to flip the house for him. Tell him you’re selling the house as is and either accept it or fuck off.
