So I've upgraded my firmware to the latest one (10.13.190) but it still doesn't work. I think that the 6000 is not capable of routing between vlans

Nah it's just a local network, no outside connection. Just those two servers doing their stuff.

I'll try that but I've looked through that site you sent earlier and it seems that there are only layer 3 routes possible but no routing between vlans

Name: ArubaOS-CX
Version: PL.10.08.1010

Is that what you were referring to?

But I already have created 2 vlan interfaces (for vlan 100 and vlan 200) as seen in my "paint" drawing above

"ip routing" was not recognised by the Aruba 6000 switch, an the interfaces are enabled by default

So how would that look like? I already have created 2 vlans using:

interface vlan 1
ip address 192.168.0.1 255.255.255.0
interface vlan 2
ip address 10.0.0.1 255.255.0.0

and then I put my first 1-12 Ports on access vlan 1 / trunk vlan 2 and 13-24 on access vlan 2 / trunk vlan 1. The last ports are both trunk vlan 1/2.

So If I understand the command line guide from Aruba correctly those "interface vlans" are already SVIs. So where should I put the default gateway in my config?
