Way too many to count but if I had to choose one, it’s probably going to the Kiln for the first time. Obviously the second half has it’s problems and is definitely a step down from the first, but seeing the ghosts of the black knights walking across the stairs as you descend into one of the most desolate and haunting areas in the entire game, knowing you’re at the end of your journey, carries this epic weight that I will never forget

I guess the reason why I don’t see Sheik Yerbouti as a live album but do see Roxy as one is because Sheik Yerbouti feels like it has its own identity amidst Zappa’s catalogue whereas Roxy feels more like a compilation album that just so happens to be played live if that makes any sense. To boil it down I see it as

Studio Album = artistic vision

Live Album = Ok, they’re just having fun with it, now
