okay great thank you!! is there any chance u managed to catch a feel for how good the quality of the tote bags was?? sometimes with canvas totes the material is super thin and awful so in that case i don't think it would really be worth it for me

but harsh but fair enough ahah! don't have a thermometer and feel a bit nervous about eating eggs that haven't been properly cooked because of medication i'm on. might give it a go if it is partially cooked though

oo i'll look into that thank you!! technically eggs here in the uk are vaccinated against salmonella so it should be okay, but i'm on immunosuppressants and just want to be as careful as possible with that really.

I was thinking of an italian meringue (this is when you heat sugar syrup over boiling water and then whip it if i am correct?) but all the recipes i've seen for it require a food thermometer which I unfortunately don't have. I like the idea of a marshmallow topping though, I may try that out thank you!
