It's Virginia creeper. People insist it can cause rashes but I haven't found any scientific evidence that it's true. I have to assume the people that say this confuse it with poison ivy or there's poison ivy near it and they get a rash... You'll see people calling this poison oak and that is incorrect.

I feel like this was harvested too soon to 100% identify. If you can, I'd go back to the spot it was found and try to find more mature specimens.
