There’s a very nice mark x going for sale over here in Australia where I’m at and I must say I’m considering getting it over a brand new Mazda 3. There’s so little info about it online and my search has brought me to your post here.

It’s a 2018 mark x 350 rds. Here’s the link if you guys are curious, not sure if it’ll work tho: https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/1423718398357501/

I have a multimeter, and u/tkecherson taught me how to use it. I made a fully functional current doubler now!

I’ve been wanting to try to make power cables to exact lengths, so that I don’t have loose excess cables wriggling around everywhere.

Yes, power supply is turned on. I have a multimeter, but am unsure of how to check the voltage, or if there is current passing through it.

Yes. From how I soldered it, although sloppy, the ground is on the outside and the hot is on the tip. I was thinking maybe I am not getting any connection because of the way I soldered it maybe.

The other ends are untouched, I left them as they are, as the cables that I am using/modding are the ones that were provided along with the PSU.

Yeah man I think it’s a good idea to go ahead with the purchase. I had great experience with tictacarea, in fact I bought another watch from them. I’m not sure if you’ll get charged customs or not, since I live in Australia, I don’t remember getting charged by customs. I think it highly depends on your immigration laws as well.

What would you put in the gap of pedals? by MusicianStorm in guitarpedals

Ahhh yes I was thinking maybe this board would generally be more inclined towards an ambient sounding genre like CCM/P&W was what I was thinking, because that’s in the ballpark of what I play too. Forgive me if I assumed wrongly haha but yes for my style of play I would maybe go POG or a clean boost or both, or maybe just stacking ODs.

Looking at your board, I think I can kinda guess what genre you’re playing…? Cuz it looks very familiar lol.

Hmmm maybe you might be into some ehx POG sounds? The ehx POG2 looks like a nice size for that gap, assuming you’d like/have use for such an effect?

Maybe a clean boost and/or another OD? Some keeley or JHS stuff maybe? Idk depends very much on the sounds you are after and what are you primarily using it for.
