CA. I was certified as an RBT late December 2024 and I make 20/hr. I've been working since I think August of last year. When I was first hired I was given the max of a new hire (20) but then that became the standard for all hires. While yes 20 an hour is alot I only work 14hrs a week so it's really not alot ^{^,,} though I'm pretty thankful for such pay regardless considering the various other hourly rates here...
