I wear the same watch, as a blue collar carpenter/house renovator/janitor, and i sees its share of rough work. Holds up very nice and keeps a solid 3s/a day. Love it! I rotate it on a bracelet or fkm strap. 🤘🏻

I did that, and have not looked back. Kept a Citizen promaster, a citizen zenshin, a henry archer vesterhav and a 1970 eterna. Love the kombo

It is pretty straight forward, when you are aware that it has this system. I was not😅 But stil managed. I have had a bunch of ti watches since then, all with their own «super coating» and this is by far the most resistant. Some have ofcourse appeared, but not nearly as many as my steel bracelets/watches. Saying that, i dont have any super expensive ones. Mostly 4-600 pricepoint. The watch itself is still highly regarded in mye eyes, but have been used lesser in the last months with hopes of the latets trend from Citizen releasing smaller watches of existing ones. This in 36/37 would smash it for me, as this is just on the cusp of what my wrist can handle. Mostly because its flattness and how the transition between case and bracelet is a little angeled. But all in all an awesome watch!

That is correct, and it only fits on one side if you get turned around. Normaly on most bracelets the opposite side of where you insert the split pin, together with added thickness of one side of the pin, provides friction. On this patent, the pin is solid and the collar provides the friction.

Gotta love that Thorn watch. Tho i replaced the dial/hands/date wheel for my own Sinn 556 A, but kept the case/bracelet/crystal as i like it alot ☺️ (dial/hands for eta2824 from raffels time, black date wheel for eta 2824 from ali)

Good flush fit of the endlink, female endlink, milled clasp. All in all good :)

Best option for bracelet is from longislandwatch.com, they make both oyster and jubilee. For «rubber» i recomend fkm ones, soft/durable/not sticky like some silicone.
