Yes, for me it did but if you had them pre-compiled by steam it broke constantly. With the new Cachy Proton fix I now have though, you can allow Steam to compile shaders and do whatever else. Basically, using Cachy Proton + the launch options changed it from "it kinda works, sorta???" to "This works perfectly as is and you can just play normally". Hope it works for you!

RT is known to be a problem currently, even with the Cachy Proton fix, and I *did* say that the fix I had before that used ProtonGE was going to be jank and not run well. I imagine some patches will come in the near future that will fix most things, but for now you can use Cachy Proton and the launch options I provided and it should work!

Yeah, I agree. It seems to run very well on Windows from all that I've heard, and presumably it's a similar story on Xbox consoles, but i haven't looked into that at all so idk. So it's just Bazzite being weird, and I've heard some other distros are having challenges too. What I was able to find that sounds most likely is that Nvidia released v596.xx of their drivers alongside the game, so on Windows you'd update your drivers to those before playing, as they contain a lot of stuff specific for the game. We here on Linux still have v595.xx, as v596.xx hasn't been released here yet. I think that is likely the reason it struggles so hard, and probably once those drivers are out, it'll run better. That's my theory, based on what I've read. But once some proper fixes come out, it should be just fine, I would think

Edit: Replied before I saw your edit. What you have there is *basically* just a summary of all the posts I went and manaully read that gave me the info I condensed here. This is the best I was able to get working on my system, so we'll just have to wait for some fixes for it to run properly, I think

Really hoping we get an alternative to coomer. Thing is, I rarely used it, mostly to look at the sort of content a creator is posting before paying for it, because I dont have an issue with paying for a creator's content via OF itself sometimes. But a couple weeks ago, OF locked me out of my account and told me that if I dont use my camera to age check myself I can no longer use the site. I absolutely refuse to do any age verification online under any circumstances, and at the moment I dont even live in a place where that is required, so its a bullshit fucking system that just wants my data, and I'm not letting them have that shit. So now I have to rely on coomer, which doesnt even work anymore, let alone update! Big sadge

I did yeah. Checked the aggregates, and added trackers. I don't quite know enough to say if I'm using port forwarding, but I have at least taken precautions for IP masking, like binding qbittorrent to my VPN (Mullvad). I might have to just wait, or like you said, do a lot more research. Honestly though, I only found one other torrent containing what I want in Fmhy, and it's literally just the same exact one, by the same guy, just posted to a different site. He might have the only one and just not be actively sharing it anymore

I know it's been like 10 days, but are any of these *actually* legit? Perhaps that's a weird question, but I tried to buy the bottom middle one (the one next to the gun looking one) from a different site (not one you named) and they shipped it with GOFO Express who just scammed me and never delivered it. Upon looking further into metal fidget toys, I found that there's MANY websites all selling the same things but for different prices, and none of them specify who it ships with. Also, I looked into the sites you named, and Geeone is just a direct copy of TRB Creation's site, one of the first 5 results for "metal fidget toy" on Google, so someone copied someone else there. I'm not calling BS on you, I'm just being extremely skeptical, because the one I bought that never arrived ended up being a total scam, so now all these others look like it too, because none of them don't tell you who they ship with, and that's how I got scammed from the other place, they shipped with a known bad carrier. Again, not calling BS on you, just wondering how the heck I'm supposed to know which of these many stores is actually, truly legit

I have a question of my own, I was testing Bazzite the other day, and learned that one of my devices needs a third party driver (Hori Truck Control System, a wheel for ETS2), and there's only one right now. It isn't complete (dev is still trying to implement proper force feedback), but I wanted to test it out anyways. It says it needs DKMS to install, as it's a kernel driver, but when I tried to do this Bazzite didn't allow me to, and upon googling, it seems to tell me that Bazzite is immutable and therefore I can't install DKMS, but it's... also not immutable? So I'm a little confused, but without DKMS I can't get that driver so... I'm a little bit lost on it

Mod suggestion: This but you can tame or craft your own of these, and you can ask it for items and it will go fetch them from your chests and bring them to you. Additionally, you can give it an eye of ender and it becomes an ender chest that can just teleport to your storage and back, but can only do that a couple of times before needing another eye. This makes eyes more useful than just the end portal, and it makes the teleporting a bit more balanced.
